Our Services
Miami Party Decor provides event decoration services, including planning support, design, delivery, setup, installation, and related event decoration work. Service details, timing, location, pricing, and included items are based on the written quote, invoice, proposal, message, or agreement confirmed with you.
Photos, examples, descriptions, colors, sizes, and design references on our website or social media are for general guidance. Actual results may vary because each event location, lighting condition, venue rule, material availability, weather condition, and custom request can affect the final setup.
Quotes And Bookings
A quote is not a confirmed booking until Miami Party Decor accepts the order and the required deposit or payment has been received. Dates and times are reserved only after confirmation.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking, unless a different amount is stated in writing. The remaining balance must be paid according to the invoice or written agreement.
Miami Party Decor may decline, cancel, or adjust a request if information is incomplete, payment is not received, the requested service is unavailable, the location is outside our service area, or the request cannot be completed safely or legally.
Pricing And Payments
Pricing is based on the service details available at the time the quote is prepared. Final pricing may change if the event scope, location, timing, access requirements, design, materials, staffing needs, or other service details change.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their own terms may apply.
Changes, Cancellations, And Refunds
Because event decoration services require scheduling, preparation, materials, labor, and reserved time, deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless Miami Party Decor agrees otherwise in writing.
If you need to change an event date, time, location, or design, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate reasonable changes, but changes are subject to availability and may require additional charges.
Completed services cannot be returned. If you believe the completed service does not match the confirmed service description, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access information, setup instructions, contact information, parking or loading details, and any venue rules or restrictions that may affect our work.
You are responsible for securing any venue approvals, permits, permissions, or access needed for the service. Additional charges may apply if we are delayed, denied access, asked to wait, required to move a setup, or asked to perform work outside the confirmed scope.
