Delivery starts at $40. We do not offer free delivery. The final delivery fee depends on the address, travel distance, parking, building access, elevator or loading dock rules, setup time, crew size, pickup or removal needs, and whether the booking is a simple balloon delivery or a full installation.
What We Need Before We Confirm Delivery
To confirm availability, send the event date, delivery address, venue type, preferred time window, decoration style, parking details, and any access rules. If the setup is inside a hotel, condo, marina, restaurant, office, or gated property, we also need the name and phone number of the person who can approve access on site.

A simple handoff or front desk delivery usually takes 5 to 10 minutes once we reach the delivery point. Same-day delivery is available for many bouquet and small setup orders.
Hotel Room And Surprise Balloon Decor
For birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, welcome home surprises, and romantic celebrations, room balloon decoration is usually the best fit. These setups may include ceiling balloons, floor balloons, number balloons, heart balloons, rose petals, candles, or mosaic numbers depending on the design.
A typical room decor setup in the $560 to $600 range usually takes 20 to 40 minutes once we are inside the room. The full service window can still take 1 to 2 hours when hotel check-in, valet parking, security, elevator access, or room readiness creates delays.
For hotel room decor, the hotel concierge or front desk must know that Miami Party Decor is coming to decorate the room. The guest should add us as an approved visitor, coordinator, or vendor before the setup date and confirm the exact time when we can access the room before the guest arrives.
Most Miami hotel rooms become available after 3 PM because standard check-in is usually in the afternoon. Earlier setup is possible only when the hotel confirms early room access. If the room is not ready or the hotel does not allow access, additional waiting, parking, or schedule fees may apply.
Hotel Lobby, Front Desk And Concierge Deliveries
If a hotel does not allow room access, the balloons may need to be delivered to the lobby, front desk, concierge, receiving area, or another approved location. Hotel rules are controlled by the property, not by Miami Party Decor, so the guest must confirm the hotel’s policy before booking a room surprise.
Backdrops, Garlands, Arches, And Balloon Walls
For restaurants, venues, private events, and larger celebrations, we can deliver and install balloon garlands, backdrops, arches, and balloon walls. These installations are not quick drop-offs. Small or medium installations usually need at least 1 hour of setup time, while large compositions can take 3 to 4 hours depending on size, structure, height, loading distance, and venue rules.
Large balloon installations need clear access to the setup area before our crew arrives. The space should be open, cleaned, and free from guest tables, furniture, and vendor traffic. We also need electricity for the setup because inflators, lighting, tools, or other equipment may be required.
Before booking, share the venue rules for wall attachments, tape, hooks, frames, ceiling height, loading dock use, elevator access, setup start time, removal deadline, and whether a certificate of insurance is required.
Yacht And Marina Balloon Setup
For approved yacht and marina bookings, we can prepare yacht balloon decor for interior yacht spaces such as the cabin, salon, dining area, or covered indoor area. Outdoor yacht balloon decor is not offered in Miami-Dade because balloons are restricted for outside yacht use and can create safety, waterway, and environmental issues.
A medium yacht interior setup usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes after we reach the yacht and the setup area is ready. The total service window can be longer because marina access often depends on parking, security gates, dock distance, slip location, captain approval, and whether someone must escort our team to the yacht.
Before a yacht setup, please confirm the marina name, dock or slip number, yacht name, captain or charter contact, gate codes, parking instructions, loading rules, and the person who will meet us on site. Without confirmed access, the setup can be delayed even when the decoration itself is simple.
