The first layer is created by two organic balloon garlands in blue, white and chrome silver colors. They consist of giant printed balloons with silver stars, cluster balloons and transparent bubble balloons. The neon rope lighting is added to the balloon garlands to create a unique effect of a cool glowing balloon backdrop which looks amazing at evening and indoor parties.
