Please take note of the following guidelines regarding hotel setup:
- Check-In Requirement: You must check into the hotel before we arrange the setup. We do not book hotel rooms for clients.
- Advance Booking: Please book at least 1 weeks in advance. Bookings made at the last minute will incur an additional fee.
- Clean-Up Charges: Be aware that hotels may charge a cleaning fee.
- Next Day Cleaning: $75- Next day cleaning service (1 hour)
- Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be paid the day before the setup is scheduled.
